Sorry, this is long...

OK! So, there isn't officially a "dynamic lifestyle" that I know of, but some research leads me to think it's good for most people. SamBone's comment reminded me about it:

___The best lifestyle change is probably change itself. Especially if the first thing you do in the morning is turn on your radio, tv, or computer. Or worse: if your computer is already on, in your bedroom, waiting for you to check your email.
___If that's the routine, then change it. If you can, unplug. Read a paperback by candlelight. Spend a week like that, away from politics, social media, and the other constant distractions of the internet. See what happens. In particular, see how much of your daily life isn't real.
___It's bullshit! A lot of the things you care about are bullshit and they don't matter! But you don't know which until you do without them for a week.

Some supporting research indicates there is a continuum between habit and addiction. Habits do offer comfort and are better for some people, but it could become an addiction or be something that allows you to stay in your comfort zone too much.

I know you mentioned possibly being an undiagnosed schizophrenic. More routines might be better for you because they are a source of comfort and can reduce stress (I know I need regularity in my life). Just leave enough room to shake things up a little everyday. Thoughts?
