You left out mandatory 5-8 hours of meetings a week. Stand up meetings, group meetings, weekly project review meetings, committees to discuss meetings meetings,

What, you don't have safety meetings?

It's an IT job, not a factory job. Good idea though, I'll suggest it at the next division meeting.

It's a flee, don't fight building. There are no fire extinguishers in office areas.

There are designated safety representatives. They have nice armbands for when the building is being evacuated during fire drills.
