Under the mountain, the now High Priest of the newly-formed Church of Tempest ascends to the altar. Intricate silver and glass figurines reside atop it to serve as a sacrifice to the sea god, minorly obscuring the blood channels carved into the altar. The pillars supporting the roof of the brick-walled cavern glow slightly with holy energy, then the priest bows his head and says a prayer, then lifts it and speaks thus: "O great Tempest, you have our prayers and our sacrifice, let these be a means of bridging the gap between mortal and god." The sacrifices shimmer and dissapear, then the high priest speaks once more. "We come here today to request a thing from you. Knowledge. The wind magic has not been enough to fuel our processes, we desire to learn of the other means of magic by which we can power the engines of progress."
Basically they want to know about Corgi magic.

Its a little more than just kinetic motion. Unless you count fire as kinetic motion.
Its more altering the flow of energy to an extent. I still need to expand upon it. I'm open to suggestions though.

The impression I got from the post at the time of canonization, is that this is basically entirely kinetic motion - with, yes, fire being a sort of kinetic motion. If you want different capabilities, I recommend you make a post and put them to a vote.

Heat is kinetic motion, so fire can be seen as kinetic motion. I think, because of its lack of limitations, having it be used mostly for TK would be nice.
