Tymoro looked down upon Gaea. The Schrkyes still had not picked up his toy, and the threat of the sentinels loomed. Maybe he mused It's time to kill two birds with one stone. He reached down and plucked the Amulet from the Great Roost and held it in the palm of one hand. Clasping the other over it, his eyes snapped open with a burning green spiraling light emanating from them. Infinite penetration. Disaffectation of the cube-square law. Bling. With that, the Amulet of Tymoro was granted those two boons and immediately grew a bumper crop of the bluest diamonds known to the gods encrusting it. Now to find a hero… ah, yes. This shall do.
Mar'dy was going about his merry way when the Amulet of Tymoro popped into existence in front of him and fell into his hands. With it, he could hear voices whispering, usssse itttt. desssstroy the sssentinels. make gaea great agaiiiiin.

I'm going to be naying this. For those reading, here's what Arotaes is trying to do (I know from IRC, I told him to include implications if he posted but it seems he hasn't).
The amulet's beam randomly restructures anything in its path. He's interpreted it, and I agree to an extent, as turning everything it touches into random unbound subatomic particles, making it an extremely powerful laser.
Here he's trying to make the beam pass through everything without being consumed, so its just "everything in the direction this is pointed dies" instead of being based on a light beam.
He's also making it unaffected by diffraction (this is what he means by square-cube, he's using the term incorrectly but that's another story). So the beam will spread out but have the same effect as if it was highly concentrated. So you get a cone of death without any limits on range or weakening of the effect with distance. Combined with the infinite penetration from earlier that creates a planet-killer.
He's trying to turn an already powerful artifact into something that would just destroy everything and force a soft reset of the game, which is his end goal. This is the most appropriate point to just nay him.

I too nay this simply because I'd rather not have people dog-piling Phyra again. Give them some time to respond and act before we break out the planet buster

Nah, that's fine, I totally expect it this time around xD I just put in a comment to restrict Tymoro's boons, It's not a planetbreaking thing anymore

There needs to be some limitations or else Mar'dy could accidentaly blast a hole through the planet or destroy the sun. The laser must lose power somewhere, it can't just go on forever

oh. That's what it does.
