Prior to his leaving, he created a new lineage of tree-like Säen so that each generation (should he be gone for that long) will have one or two individuals capable of leading the Säen, who would otherwise be too passive to protect themselves during war, more likely disappearing into the far corners of Gaea to continue their planting and crafting.
He then sent the Keemana Poison to the young Lot'dy, set apart from his race for his desire for more than a servant's life. Little did Pome know that Mar'dy would not stay with his wise new Säen acquaintances, but rather rush back into the sea for revolution. Now the vial of poison is wandering the wildernesses of Gaea with the lone creature, whom he blessed with the knowledge of edible and medicinal plants.
Pome then spoke to the devout Säen pilgrims in the Forest of Eternal life, and ordered them back to their homelands to spread the word of his absence and the tasks he set upon them (yet to be revealed).
He then left Gaea in search of a new planet to cover in things that grow.

Pome began the Age by acquiring two powerful artifacts, with the initial intended purpose of creating a weapon for the possibility of global war and an assault on the Säen. While deliberating the uses for these items, the conflict was resolved and he traveled around the globe looking for a plant-based material that would be a suitable medium for a weapon for his Hellite Champion Dionaea, which he did, then approached the Holnareem to create such a weapon (this was never resolved since Pome left Gaea).
