I would get on ebay and find a used Rock Chucker for not much money, I've bought a couple that way. A RC will last you a lifetime, is simple, and will easily load anything you want. A brand new $35 Lee basic bench press will load .38/357 for years, but will break pretty quickly if trying to FL size .308 Win. Get a good, used cast iron single stage bench press. You'll never get rid of it, even if you go progressive later, and they're much easier to learn on.
