I created this subverse because I've gone a year without soda (and counting), and in result I've gone from 220 pounds to 169 (exercising when I can as well, obviously). I'm still planning on losing weight, but quiting soda was a big significance in this factor. I want to help others now.
I'm sure for others it's harder, for me it was wanting to loose weight that made me quit soda. I'm sure other people need encouragement though.
This subverse was created for helping others prevent relapse, providing soda alternatives (though seriously water is good enough), or just sharing your story. Anything related to quiting soda, really.
