YES. Minus 16th Amendment. Government should have to compete for my business, I shouldn’t have to qualify for access to my own damn tax dollars. If I pay a tax I access a service, if it suits me. Basic annual funding for basic safety and protection of the homeland can be sourced through Government services. For example, I operate heavy machinery and the government barters with me for my service. In return there is a fair exchange for protecting the resources (water, air, etc) with other services like mine. Some I’ll coordinate with on my own, some I’ll work with the govt to coordinate on a much larger scale. No more overhead. No more ‘administrative experts’. If the government can’t figure it out without the overhead, they don’t get used and that service will just die off from non-use. Pure free market merit based solutions. Be useful or voided into obscurity. Seems fair to me.
This would apply to the able. There are disabled and we need to treat them with respect and with equal access to share what they can as they’re able. And help them get able, it’s got to be a community focused approach. No more individual focus. We can have it both ways. I know we can.
