10km is awfully deep to be cleaning out DUMB.

Compared to any other depth, 6.2 miles (10 km) appears way more frequently on the earthquake app I use. Assuming the earthquakes are occurring randomly, I wouldn't expect to find too many at similar or same depth. I can't say definitely it means DUMBs but there is some reason they seem to cluster at that depth.

You have a good point anon, and doing some looking around I find that 10.0 is the 'fixed depth' value for when the data is poor, so that could be one explanation for the spike in 10.0 values. In prior observations I've seen several 5km clustered so that's really the pattern I'm referring to. Thanks for the comment, I learned more today!
