If you are talking about vaccine effectiveness, then neither.

If the vaccine is 90% effective, that means that 10% of the people with the vaccine still "come down" with the virus - ie symptoms.

Since covid has very very few people getting any symptoms at all, this is a remarkable statement. If 10% of the vaccinated people (say 50k in the vaccine trial, and 25k actually get the vaccine), that meant that 2500 people "had symptoms" of covid - bad enough so that they reported it to the study.

In a town of 25k people, are there 2500 people with symptoms of covid now? or at any time? NO!

Secondly, the vaccine itself will have long term effects - and because it directly affects mRNA, this could lead to a whole host of complications, from interactions with current medications, to the body poisoning itself.

The death rate is very much unknown, but the 5% CDC rate is also exaggerated because they are using the number of "reported" deaths (fraudulent already) divided by number of reported cases. Cases are probably 10x to 20x higher because of people without symptoms.

Avoid the vaccine if you can.
