That's not how Suspicion of a Crime works. If you have Suspicion of a Crime, you pray to the court for relief, in the form of adjudication. It's in court, where you prove the crime.

The evidence is hardly "circumstantial."

That's actually state law. It's a stupid one, but it's a law. Considering all the abrupt changes to law in several states, it's fairly obvious they're trying to cheat the system, both with the election and legal precedent. There's a reason attorneys are part of a "boys club" and our legal system is intentionally convoluted to prevent the plebs from attempting to understand it. If you think that Trump is trying to win through State litigation, you're wrong. He has a path to victory, a good one. We just have to wait for it play out.
