The Coca plant has unfortunately got a really bad rap because of cocaine. The plant itself is beautiful and not inherently harmful. in Peru if you go to the sacred valley, at any hotel you walk into they will have a bowl of coca leaves. You can chew them or make a cup of tea with them and nobody will get high or start bouncing off the walls like Chris Farley. It is very good for altitude sickness.
If you sit with coca and open an intentional ceremony, chew it with a little baking soda to release the alkaloid, it is a very pleasant and mild feeling that creates a beautiful heart-opening space for people to talk about things and gain insights.
To produce cocaine it has to go through a process of chemical extraction using all kinds of nasty shit.
Cocaine is not coca.
As to what "green cocaine" is, I've never heard of it. I would be very curious what this really is and what it is to be used for. If it is just dried crushed leaf, I am skeptical that a person could carry any quantity in their suitcase that would be useful to produce any harmful drug.
You can buy powdered coca leaf in retail in Peru... again, it is just something you can chew. Nobody gets high by insufflating it or any such thing.
