It's all to do with the speed limit of light and reference frames. The faster you go the length of space time changes to keep within the speed limit of light.

But light has no speed limit. Light does not move. The speed of light is actually the speed limit of consciousness.
You're right about frame rate though.
Movement is an illusion. Everything on the smallest scale actually teleports from one spot to another. Making the illusion of movement. Like a tv with pixels. One lights up, then the next and so on, giving the illusion of movement, when its actually just a sequence of 0 and 1s, on and off.
We live in a computer generated illusion.
When you achieve "light speed', you ll see the light isn't moving. If you can go faster. Youll see light photons teleporting from one spot to another, like pixels.
