Union, no. Postal Inspectors which are separate from the NALC AFL-CIO, yes.

Yeah, there's so few and they operate at an entirely different level, separate from OPs.
American Postal Workers Union represents Clerks, Janitorial, Mechanics and CS.
National Association of Letter Carriers represents the mailmen on the street, and even then they only represent city carriers, if you see them driving a LLV, this is probably their union.
NALC doesn't cover Rural carriers, which is overseen by National Rural Letter Carriers' Association, and these are the mailmen you see driving personal vehicles that have been re-outfitted to deliver or LLVs with the USPS logo removed and just identifying as a vehicle for US Mail.
So there's at least 3 different unions in USPS, may even be more, and they don't play nice with each other because they know each of their teams of members are fighting for limited resources. And Postal Inspectors oversee each.
