Remember too that all polls, including Rasmussen, adjust their raw data to make sure they only count a certain percentage of acknowledged Republicans and Democrats. They will only allow 37.6% of the responses from GOP likely voters to be counted in their poll. They think this is the most accurate way to make a poll of 1500 people reflect the overall population. All the pollsters believe there are more Dems than GOP voters, so they will only factor in that proportion of respondents to their results. It's called oversampling.

Think about the consequence if this oversampling was artificially underrepresenting Trump votes. Given the vast enthusiasm gap between Trump voters and Biden voters, and given that many Trump voters don't tend to want to admit it, I think the polls are all missing the real extent of Trump's lead.
