How does this interpretation reflect the ruling?
The argument was the USA government could not pick and choose which foreign governments/entities and NGOs received US Foreign Aid based on their stance on human trafficking and prostitution as that was a first amendment free speech right. The Supreme Court ruled foreign governments/entities and NGOs do not fall under the first amendment free speech. This was simply an attempt by an American affiliate of a foreign NGO to force USA funding for the foreign NGO. IOWs, Soros wanted his slush fund back. Too bad for him.
