Reason is hearing someone saying they can't breathe and not dragging them out of the car and sitting on him.

You would last about a half day as a cop if you took seriously everything a crook told you when they didn't want to get in the car. They fake heart attacks, seizures, and incontinence (not really fake, I guess). They fall down or try to bruise themselves to make a claim of police brutality. And that's not even the ones who will jump your ass the second there's an opportunity. You cannot just let a suspect move around freely if you want to live.

Reason is charging these criminal government thugs with murder, which is exactly what happened.

Clearly not. I might reconsider if you're able to cogently explain the legal elements of the crime of murder in the state of Minnesota and how the officer's actions meet those standards.

I shall ignore your personal attack and get straight to it.

609.19 MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE

"Subdivision 1.Intentional murder; drive-by shootings. Whoever does either of the following is guilty of murder in the second degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 40 years:

(1) causes the death of a human being with intent to effect the death of that person or another, but without premeditation"

We can see in the video that the four murderers knelt on floyd's neck and body until he died. Onlookers who were also first responders told the police how they were killing a person but the murders ignored them.

They had him hancuffed and detained in the back of a police unit. All they had to do was drive off and book him wherever they do processing in Minneapolis.

Instead the murdering police are now charged with second degree murder.

You have to connect A to B. Just because B came after A doesn't mean A caused B to happen. Yes, they kneeled on him. It's a standard police hold that happens thousands of times every day without anybody dying. How are you going to establish beyond any doubt that the kneeling caused his death, especially when he's already complaining that he can't breathe before the kneeling starts? Good luck.

Onlookers who were also first responders told the police how they were killing a person but the murders ignored them.

Onlookers who said they were first responders. What does that even mean? A fucking minimum wage ambulance driver, or a medic? Who knows?

They had him hancuffed and detained in the back of a police unit. All they had to do was drive off and book him wherever they do processing in Minneapolis.

I agree with you here. They are morons for listening when Floyd requested to lay down on the pavement. They should have ignored him, and I'm not being sarcastic. He would have died of his heart attack in the police car anyway and then liberals would blame it on something else the police did wrong. It's never the fault of the "victim" abusing their body with drugs, being fat, not exercising, not getting routine medical care, or any of that. It's ALWAYS someone else's fault.
