Many if not all of the states' statutes on unauthorized practice of medicine contain the element that there must be a claim of being a doctor or a medical professional licensed to give medical advice made by the defendant, and I have also seen that the advice given must be specific to the plaintiff's ailment in some states as well.
Basically, no one would have standing for this in court. The judge would say it's your fault for thinking a tech company was a doctor and point out that they never claimed they were a licensed medical professional.

we'd all be better off if ALL involved in the justice system dropped dead. ALL of 'em. Lawyers, judges, cops -- ALL of 'em!
