I'm a felon. According to the Second Amendment Infringement Department, I'm never allowed to buy or possess any firearms. They've stripped away my ability to adequately protect myself and my family but I'm going to anyway.

if you served your sentence and off of probation your rights should be returned to you ... as per US Constitution
i am fiscally incompetent due to war time service TBI PTSD i lost 2a rights HOWEVER i found from the ATF i can own a cap and ball revolver .. Agent told me to get one... Can you say LEMAT? KEK

You can still have weapons in your house.

Depending on the State and your crime you can get your rights back and then legally carry.

Consult a Criminal Lawyer for direction.

In the meantime look into black powder pistols, only a few states have much to say about it.

33yrs ago I made a non violent mistake drunk off my ass, I got my rights back and you can too. You my have to petition the court and spend some money but it can be done. Do you believe in Ghosts
