What is so hard to believe?

Explain your logic.

If you had an organization of 1,000 people and 10 were rotten apples wouldn't the 990 good people expose them and get things straightened out? There isn't 99% good people in anything from social work to any church or charity you can name. But we're to believe the alphabets, especially the CIA, has somehow amassed a collection of saints? If JFK wanted to splinted the CIA into 1,000 pieces and scatter it into the winds in the early 60s, what are the chances things have improved in almost 60 years?

Not if they didn't know who they were. This is why they are called "sleepers".

Sauce?

The rest of your drivel is based on false assumptions so I won't even waste time responding to them.
