I was recently thinking the same.

Too many of the known theories outright contradict each other, as you have noted in your post.

If this is a Black Hat op and they know arrests are coming, then giving Trump war-time powers and assisting with a lock-down (which make arrests easier) is beyond retarded.

And if this is a White Hat op, then it still makes no sense that black-hat-controlled MSM would aid and abet them in selling the panic to the American public.

With any criminal act, the best question to ask is the age-old one from the Roman empire - Cui bono?

Who benefits?

The answer I come up with is that that, in the long run, the USA benefits.

The 21st century was setting up to be the Chinese century. They would easily overtake America in the next decade to be the world's #1 economy and the central hub of manufacturing for the entire world. Their Belt & Road Initiative would further link more than half the planet together, under Chinese economic control, and cement their position.

So the only theory that makes 100% sense to me is that there is no White Hat vs Black Hat war going on. Instead, the ENTIRE American system (despite the public good cop-bad cop show) is actually unified behind the scenes and is all being run by military intelligence and assorted power brokers.

Trump, Republicans, Democrats, the MSM, the FED - are all working together and have unleashed the virus against China (and against our other enemy Iran and against the Chinese-dominated part of northern Italy).

Think of it this way - the end result of the pandemic will be a substantially WEAKER China as countries around the globe, especially the US, bring all their critical manufacturing back to their respective nation states. The "Chinese Century" is now over before it even begins.

And before you think that neither Trump nor the US military would do something so immoral and dastardly - look at it through the lens of history. On a national and geo-strategic level, the ends justify the means. Too much was at stake and terrorizing 3 billion people (but killing very, very few in the US or Europe) was worth the price.

Just my two cents (or sense).
