yesterday Viewers were baffled as Chancellor Rishi Sunak's Budget folder appeared to change magically from red to green in a TV clip.
As the Tory Cabinet Minister prepared for his first Budget speech in the job promising an action plan on coronavirus, viewers were left confused by an apparent change to the traditional colour.

So either the video is shopped, which wouldn't be hard to do, or the Chancellor did a stunt. If it were a stunt, it would have to be a message meant for somebody to receive. Interesting that flights from the UK are not blocked. It seems like something is going down.

Lots of green showing up everywhere - the "castle" a folder, probably more that we just haven't noticed yet. Not a coincidence. And, the biggest green shows up on the 17th, the day of green - St. Patrick's day!

Photoshooped. You can see through the driver's side (UK, our passenger side) and the folder is clearly red. Once it starts to move past the windshield, you can see it's partially red and partially green. Then once it hits the side mirror, the "artist" got lazy and left some blurry red as it passes the mirror.
Still neat though.

The article is interesting too. He's proposing a lot of relief like POTUS is - tax breaks, help for businesses and individuals. This is actually really fascinating to watch. 20 years from now we'll look back on this and understand more of what was happening. And we can say, "We were there!"
