This is complete and utter bs. It's just solvent chemistry. It's literally the opposite of dissolving salt in water. It's basic bitch stuff that's taking everyone for a lap.

Why does it have to be organic juice? Because the hippies that make the juice don't filter it to make it feel and taste different than Welches.

This leaves tons of dissolved solids to precipitate out once the alcohol content spikes.

Water and alcohols are two different polar ends of the spectrum when it comes to what they dissolve. Water will dissolve ionic polar molecules, like salt and sugar, and alcohols like ethanol (the most fun alcohol) will dissolve oils and lighter alcohols like fusel oils, essential oils, methanol and acetone.
