Well if we're not going to imprison them like certain leaders want, what is the need for trials, judges and attorneys? Right?

No, its called due process. Without it all you have is the powerful dictating who lives and who dies, based on their own self interests. Our founding fathers understood that. Its a shame that ignorance has spread to the extent that the basics of justice are no longer understood by so many.

I hate to disparage your somewhat naive, idealistic remarks, because I DO appreciate the sentiment behind them, but the irony and lack of awareness of your second sentence is rather astounding. Unfortunately, we are already quite there, and have been for some time; certainly NOT what the founders intended, but here we are. The powerful indeed dictate who lives, who dies, and who should suffer justice depending on social stratus and income. All based entirely on their self interests.
It is the ultimate reason we are here, posting on this board in the first place.
