They are licensed the the sec of state of the state in which they are incorporated. Where does THAT sec state get their power? the state constitution. where does the state constitution get its authority / jurisdiction? the consittution of the united states of america. Where does the constitution of the united state of america get its authority from (the collective) YOU and from GOD, through the principles of

1) the social contract; and

2) popular (collective) consent

3) the etymology of the words "DO ORDAIN" in the preamble, as part of teh contract. This implies GOD as it turns the Ordain-er (ie: each person implied in teh contract...aka citizens of the united states), into MINISTERS OF GOD / HIGHER POWER...yep. Each one of us.

This also turns the documents, it's creation, ratification and popular acceptance / consent into "a sacred rite", and the document also becomes a "Holy document"

I'm not making this up. WORDS MATTER. don't use Ordain if you don't believe the document is sacred, holy and magical

Now it gets more complicated. Contract law. corporations are subject to contract law...where does contract law get its authority? Probably form Courts of England, because contract law and civil law (common law) and law of obligations, whose authority is in England

Yep.

It's arguable that the constituton being a contract is ALSO subject to obligation law (roman law) and possilby maritime admiralty law

but that's a rabbit hole I'll let constituional scholars go after if they are courageous and honest
