Reading this truly illustrates my ignorance. To hear that "legal" interpretation. Our so called political system is a total and complete farcé.
The worst is I dont find this surprising.
Back to lurking, seems to be that there is always that particular perspective or view point that simply changes the way things are seen and defined.

It's not the political system itself, it's the organizations behind pushing the candidates they want. The politicians don't have a choice.
ANYONE could create a corporation to organize voting and push the narrative just as well as the RNC or DNC does. There's tons of free online tools (youtube etc), you just need a group of people with the time and effort.
If enough people get on board and vote for the candidates you are pushing, the RNC/DNC would eventually get pushed to the side. There's more to it, and it might not work the first time, but waking people up to the scam would be a monumental shift.
