I think cold fusion could be it - wipe out the energy markets fairly quickly. Hasn't happened yet.

There are a lot of power players who do not want it to happen, and oil is the largest industry on Earth. The water car guy was assassinated and his patents seized by NASA. The Nano battery rights were bought out by the MIC and it has disappeared from public knowledge. That's how these things roll.

The only way to overcome this is to release the tech onto the net for all to use for free. If you try to copyright and own it, it gets disappeared, along with you if you object. Oil was obsolete fifty years ago, yet it still dominates everything.

Oil finances all of this Middle East conflict. Without the oil they would be back to camels and swords.

Isn’t Britain about to build a cold fusion plant? I read that recently.

From what I've seen of cold fusion you don't need to build a plant. You need a plant for hot fusion though.

Cold fusion can be built inside a space smaller than a dishwasher to power an entire home. That's the problem. With that you don't need a power company anymore, or an electric bill.
