It should ABSOLUTELY be tried. It's the only way to get this sham fully on record with all involved held accountable.
The Senate has the absolute right to determine how it is tried and who and what is admissible. The House's Impeachment inquiry and investigation was to provide charges and supporting evidence to the Senate, and if the Senate deems that the evidence presented was biased, tainted, or otherwise improper, it can accept or reject it as it sees fit. If the Senate wants to call additional witnesses, it can, and it has the sole power to determine who to call, if any. The House has ZERO power over the Senate, and if there is some sort of real impasse, then the issue causing the impasse would be sent to the Supreme Court for its ruling.

Theres a pretty simple way to force Nancy's hand...
Start pushing a HUNDRED new Trump judges through the Senate. She will notice, and get off her ass, and send the articles to the Senate to tie their hands for a month or two
