That 'Y' is not in a 'kill box'.

It's part of a longer sentence "KENT: As I mentioned in my testimony, you can't promote principled anti-corruption action without pissing-off corrupt people."

Thus the Y being changed/capitalized is reflected with square brackets. This is common practice.

I'm not saying it wasn't intentional, I'm just saying it's not so cut and dry.

I am absolutely not wrong about the grammatical practice of putting words in square brackets that are changed. For example, changing "they" to [Actual Name] for context.

Double meanings do exist, but more likely Q just picked up on the coincidence and played with it.
