It really works and have been using this treatment to kill colds and flu for over ten years. First time I tried it, I did it for my 6 yo when her throat was just beginning to get sore. Seconds after I poured it into her ear, she said her sore throat went away. I was still skeptical until I tried it about a week later. Sure enough, as soon as I filled my ear with peroxide, my sore throat was gone. Haven't taken a flu shot or been sick with the flu in over ten years.

I went from 2012 - 2015 without the flu. During that time I drank yerba mate tea everyday and was generally healthy.

In 2015 I was forced to get a flu shot for contract work I was doing in a hospital. I got the flu that year.

From 2015 - 2019 I've only had the flu one other time.

I see people that get a flu show EVERY YEAR also get the flu every year.

Fuck the flu shot.

I do not pretend to be an expert.

I have read in the past:

1)bacteria/ germs can not thrive in an oxygen rich environment.

hydrogen peroxide is a chemical compound with the formula H 2O 2 giving the oxygen richness.

2)Salt works in a similar way by providing an anti germ situation. Celtic Sea Salt is desired, by some, for this purpose.

1) can be risky.

2) is the safer route.

neither are proven and both remain affordable to acquire. If there was truth in either, the price would rise...

Hydrogen peroxide in the ear DOES work. I have tried it.

Garlic oil too.
