hahaha congrats! I suffered the same, but my fate was a bit more permanent, unfortunately. But, when a gay coworker continued to make innuendo about sucking cock, and everyone just laughed and accepted it, I pointed out that if I was talking about banging chicks I'd be written up, but he's given more latitude because, simply, he's just gay. That's what fags do. Yeah, fuck that. They hated that I voted for trump and the entire dept was a bunch of clam licking, scissoring, lib cunts.

This happens a lot.

A large group of gay people make it a hostile environment for straight people with their constant sex jokes.

That's a sexually hostile environment and in most states you can sue for that.

Record times places and people.

Most juries arent mostly gay.

Damn, I felt it was very hostile but just thought I wasn't being tolerant. Watch the latest video by black pilled on YT about this very subject - tolerance. It's a psyop

Ha. The one gay guy in my office constantly says, "My boyfriend this" and "My boyfriend that...". We GET IT already. You are gay.

I informally complained to my boss about 2 faggots and their enablers who sat near me in work recently. Had rainbow shit up on the wall and “offensiveness” came up when they were away from their desks and I said I found their faggotry offensive (in nicer words) but said I thought I’d be told to fuck off if I went to HR about it. The whole team got moved to a different floor a few days later. Can’t say for certain it was my boss’ doing or as a result of my complaint, but I certainly didn’t get any blowback for complaining. Glad they’re gone now too!

Hahahah dude that's awesome. Same scenario though the cocksucker in question had his own office. The wall was adorned with all the gay shit he was apart and proud of over the years. I always made sure to conduct my biz from the threshold. I mean, if sucking cock or taking another dude in your ass is your thing, more power to you. Just don't come to our turf and throw it in our faces.

Companies and corporations can make their own rules. Work is not a place to discuss politics.

Employees who work in the private-sector do not, as a rule, have First Amendment protection for their speech in the workplace. On one level, a private sector employer could take the absence of a direct First Amendment right as providing free rein to discipline, terminate or retaliate against employees for their speech in the workplace.

Employees in the public sector – who work for governmental entities – have First Amendment rights in the workplace, subject to certain restrictions. The case law that has developed over time regarding First Amendment rights in the workplace has come from the public sector, as the government is directly affecting employees in public sector cases. Private citizens do not enjoy the same protections.

Employees most certainly do have First Amendment protection. The state cannot punish you for any speech, whether you’re an employee working in the private sector or not. The First Amendment has nothing to do with a private employer and their employees.

[–] 20886413? 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

Maybe not explicitly punish you for speech, but At Will states do not even need a reason to fire you. If they want to get rid of you over speech, they can. It happened to me.

If you are an officer of the company and represent it...the rules change. Anytime you are viewed as a representative you are fucked on free speech...all the time.

They cannot create rules for some and not for others though. Then it becones a hostile work environment and bullying.

BIG opportunity for suing then.

What is wrong with the common sense approach? If your an asshole to others you're fired.

Why do assholes get special rights and protections?

It's like society is trying to fix stupid. Only death can fix the low hanging fruit.

We call it Natural Selection for a reason.

If your employees have time to talk about politics, sounds like you need to get them more busy.

[–] 20884979? 0 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago

A place like work, with a captive audience, isn't the place for politics. Employers need cohesiveness among their employees, and a topic as polarizing as politics (or religion, etc) where people cannot get away from the conversation if they wanted to (they are stuck at work at their desk) makes it an inappropriate place for these types of conversations.

Is it a union job? If so talk to your shop steward. Political discussion isn't advised in the workplace but it's not against any rules. If they say you can't state your views then nobody else can either. If anyone says "fuck Trump" in your workplace they are in as much violation of whatever 'rule' as you are.

They are the same people that sent 'Vote For Hillary' cards in the mail... I wrote a scathing email to the general Union email about how much Trump was for America and it's workers, and how Hillary is nothing but a lying criminal who steals money (with evidence about Haiti) and how the Democrats are the ones who are racist, they only see color, sexist, they discriminate against 'white males', I never got a reply back, but the main person in the chapter won't look at me in my face any more. They are 'no politics' but then shove who to vote for down our throats, and it's always the most racist democrats they can find. It's just, ridiculous.

If your union won't support you - especially due to political bias - you can file a ULP (Unfair Labor Practice) against your union.

Let's be reasonable here. For one, if you're gainfully employed and you need a job - do not quit, yet. The truth you're giving out obviously has struck a chord with the people who are complaining about it ... that's a GOOD sign!

Check your HR handbook. The company may be within their rights in asking this of you. But perhaps not. Know your ground. Situational Awareness, aka.

Here's the most important thing to do ... SMILE, LAUGH and HAVE FUN EVERYDAY! ... kill these retards with KINDNESS ... kill them with GRACE ... kill them with the SMILE YOU WEAR ON YOUR FACE!

It's a glorious time to be alive and in Christ ...

Amen. And I do not hate any of the complainers, all good people if misinformed / subverted. I actually laughed ( not the reaction my sup was looking for) as my boss was explaining to me how it was going to be. I am an affable fellow whom most people like, it is what I think irritates those who hate Trump most, they can't immune my character.

Two jobs ago, I read the employee handbook. It said, "don't eat at your desk." I went to talk to the HR lady -- and she was eating at her desk. Told her she was in violation. kek

My husband works at a place like this. The small company is in a small, yuppy town and a lot of his Co workers are libtards and whiners in general. They make low wages, but in general are incompetent, lazy, entitled crybullies and deserve what they make. They are worthless in all aspects (as most liberals are) can barely do their jobs, or at times are counter-productive. My husband does a good job and works hard. When a mangement position opened up, he applied, and got the position on account of his hard work and ethic. Now he's their boss and has already terminated some of these mouth breathers and hired hard working (possibly conservative, or at least non political) people.

I would've given them the finger and quit right there. But if you are adamant on staying with an anti-American company, you should at least threaten legal action and give this information to your local news station and newspaper. These assaults on our liberties and freedoms will only get worse if we continue to bend over and take it.
