Weird huh? Almost like the same kind of limited damage that happened to that Saudi oil tanker that was hit with a drone.
From looking at the pictures of both incidents, my unprofessional opinion is that the damage appears consistent in both attacks, (size of holes in metal, strangely consistent looking strike locations) likely caused by the same source.
That leads me to believe that both attacks were carried out by a drone.

To have over a dozen military strikes on the facility without burning half the facility to the ground seems impossible. Instead it looks like they can just patch the damage up in a few weeks.
