If your goal to to regulate, prevent, or punish their exercise of 'free speech', then that's exactly what it is - Censorship with a capital C. You didn't realize you're for censorship, did you?
Goes hand-in-hand with that other 'free speech' meme, where to paraphrase with the same example, "I may not agree with the [content] you're speaking to my child, but I'll fight to the death for your right to say it." Is this not extremely unpopular speech? Just the thing the 'free speech' meme claims need defending, even with your life.
To censor, is in one definition to: Supervise the manners or morality of others.

This is a strange definition, I wonder where you got it. Supervision? So an act of observation can qualify as censorship? What a mess you've made. I'm censoring you just by observing your poor manners. Don't worry, you won't notice.
And, regarding unpopular speech, are computer viruses merely unpopular speech? Or are they weapons? Sure language and physical reality are different layers of abstraction, but we use notions like entropy to measure both of them. Is lying under oath protected as free speech? Should it be?
Perhaps instead of delegating protection to some trusted third party, some abstraction layer pretending to be our Father, the Law, we should train in self defense. After all, our understanding is the only understanding that does us any good.

Observation isn't supervision. Where does that misunderstanding come from? Supervision is monitoring and directing the behavior of the supervised thing or individual.
