So, it's normal for an entire crew to just go to sleep at once? No one complained about gas leaking? A ship just blows up? I'm not buying it. It's suspicious as fuck but watch the news and LE just sweep this under the rug.

I totally agree with you. I was just saying what the news article was saying.

Right, I know. I'm thinking from the perspective of what a captain would be or should have been doing. Checking the boat for issues, going over the systems, things like that. It doesn't make sense that a boat like that would just explode in flames and kill all the passengers. Not even a single passenger escaped. No one smelled leaking propane? I'm sure there were propane tanks on board to provide meals to the passengers, I would expect that. Diesel wouldn't explode like that either. So, either a bomb was placed aboard or there was a propane leak. Otherwise, it makes no sense for the crew to just jump overboard.

So, my strongest impression of what might have happened if this is truly an accident would point to propane gas somewhere below the sleeping cabin. Even so, it seems unlikely but possible. If propane tanks were improperly connected, it's a possibility.
Possible sabotage? A member of the crew? But what would be the motive?
Someone came aboard during the wee hours of the morning undetected and planted an explosive device? They would have to have a target onboard I think.
And here's another point. The ship was not operating. Engines off. I want to imagine that it was using battery power to run equipment that would't be off. Like navigation and alarms? Maybe a small generator? A small generator can catch fire but it's unlikely a cheap one would have been used. Obviously there has to be an investigation and maybe we will learn more.
