no, it isn't possible to substitute vegetable milk. real milk contains an amazing mix of the essential minerals all in perfect balance for bioavailability. However, give raw goat milk a try even if you are allergic normally. most allergies to milk are the result of pasteurizing and homogynization. Also whey is not the part of milk that causes intolerance. it's the solids - fats. Goats milk also has smaller fat molecules than cows milk and is often tolerated by people who can't drink cow's milk.

I have anaphylactic reaction to animal milk that makes me look like Quasimodo for weeks. So no, not an option.

The necessary basic minerals are calcium carbonate, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. If you can find those in good, bioavailable powder forms and work out the ratio to mix in water, i would try that. It's not only important that the combination be ingested, but that it make topical contact with your teeth, so it might not be the best tasting beverage in the end but maybe worth a shot.
