Find yourself a supply of raw milk. Can be goat or cow. I, personally use goat milk. Let it sit and culture. You can wild culture it (meaning add nothing and it uses its own natural bacterias to ferment) or add a culture. I use raw honey in it which adds enzymes and speeds up culturing. Once the whey separates entirely from the curd (takes 1 to 4 days depending on room temp and culture), take the curd off the top and strain the whey. The curd is good too..it has the consistency and flavour of cream cheese.

Drink about 4 oz of that whey with every meal. Use baking soda as a mouth wash after drinking the whey (this alkalizes the oral environment and encourages mineral hardening). Keep your mouth alkaline by also avoiding acidic beverages or neutralizing them with baking soda after drinking.

I highly recommend a diet high in red meat and animal/fish fats. This gives you high bio-availibility of key nutrients that optimize absorption of the minerals.

with this you will see a notable difference in two weeks. Depending on how bad the damage is will determine how long it will take to reminerlise your teeth. It can take up to a year for extensive damage to repair but its well worth the wait if you'd rather spend the rest of your life with your own teeth.

Edit: a reply reminded me to add this - ditch that conventional toothpaste. replace it with a gentle tooth powder and don't abrade your teeth daily with a toothbrush but just gently clean the gumline and molar nooks and crannies. otherwise just use tooth powder in water as a mouth rinse. daily abrasion with a toothbrush and conventional toothpaste removes enamel.

I have to agree. I eat a ton of red meat on the raw side of things, tons of fish, and drink a lot of milk. I dont have what dentists would call a "good dental hygiene schedule" but i dont have bad breathe or bad teeth in any way. Zero cavities, never a filling, no chips, no plaque. Last time i saw a dentist was when my wisdom teeth were coming in and it was murdering my soul, he was astounded at how good my teeth were and thought i must regularly see a dentist, nope, not at all ever actually. Ended up keeping the wisdom teeth because i had the room in my massive mouth for all my teeth and they wanted a Brazilian dollars to take xrays of it before even doing anything else.

I always say, scraping a plastic bristle with abrasive paste against your teeth does more harm than good. Eat the right foods and drink enough water, especially when eating and after (rinse them off) and your mouth will take care of itself. Dentistry is a gigantic scam

yep, that's another thing i forgot to add. Don't do a bunch of brushing with a conventional toothbrush and toothpaste. simple, natural tooth powders work fine and brushing gently just around the gumline is best. Just where food gets caught. the surface of teeth don't need a lot of abrasion. it takes enamel off.

How much is a gallon of raw milk where you are?

We buy several gallons per week.

I have my own goats. it's actually illegal to sell and buy where i live but if you live where you can't buy it direct and can't have your own livestock, look in to dairy herd shares with local farmers. craigslist sometimes has ads like these or you can stop by local feed stores or check farm and dairy, etc. you basically buy a "share" of the herd and then pick your milk up at the farm without directly paying for it.
