so you went the long way around saying it's a constitutional right. Don't you see the irony? If everything was legit and no the up-and-up, there would be no grievances

The problem with unions is forced participation. Or there being only one choice. I you have a union I should have one. This is part of the checks and balances of the system. Yes it allows many splits to possibly compromise a group but competition forces honesty and resourcefulness.
