I've flown gliders and small planes out of that particular field. Tricky windshear there. Possible they were over weight and balance. Sometimes they do that with parachute flights. Probably not connected to anything. Not everything is connected to Q. Sounds like they weren't far enough above ground when they started to fail, so a jump wouldn't have allowed anyone to survive, just not far enough above ground to pull the chute. Not the first accident of its kind in Hawaii. I remember a similar crash in the 80's there.

Sheeeit - if you ever doubted mockingbird media controls all, just do a search on "skydiving accident Hawaii" -- the first 5 pages on search come up with almost identical headlines and lead snippets all over the world. No imagination. Sheesh
