Pacing and Leading.
By framing it like "This new piece of evidence suddenly gives me this new perspective!" he's walking his listeners through the thought processes required to absorb the revelation of things we've (and he has) known about for ages.
So many normies have never heard of any of this stuff, so having someone explain it to them in bite-sized pieces, backed up by the evidence revealed in current news events, is absolutely critical for waking up the general public.

Yeah, I guess I could see that...it makes sense.
It was difficult to imagine Rush just had a sudden epiphany (always wanted to use that word in a sentence), and realized Hillary was behind it all.
Good insight there...and you made me feel a little better about Rush, started worrying about early-onset dementia.

Rush knew. He waits for signals before he exposes important issues.

I guess I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt just because he's never been particularly stupid up until this point.
Being a mass-media radio host, his first audience is the people who consume nothing but mass media. It's easy to forget just how ahead of the curve we are just by being here.
I don't envy him having to throttle his stuff down for mass consumption — I know I'd start wanting to throw Payseurs and adrenochrome in there way to early...
