They aren't always from the Security Council. Nothing really top secret in these reports as they are just various news reports. It's all common knowledge from web surfing.

It's like if drudge report wrote articles about all the headlines on his web page. Connecting the dots between the stories.

like this line here shocking new emails proving a cover-up was put into place to illegally destroy Hillary Clinton’s emails.

being linked to this Judicial Watch report https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2019/04/breaking-judicial-watch-uncovers-fbi-documents-showing-evidence-of-cover-up-discussions-related-to-hillary-clintons-private-server/

That may well be, as I don't read that site every day, only when someone posts a link that looks interesting. To me they seem to always start with "A very interesting new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today..." and while many times it's plausible that all the following points are true, I've always been skeptical of the truthfulness of that lead-off.

No one has shown me these reports are NOT circulating in the Kremlin today. Impossible to know either way unless you go walking around in the Kremlin today and see what is circulating.

Pretty sure the Kremlin just surf the web for information like everyone else in the world for these articles to report on. Someone has to do it, you know Trump got people surfing the web for him and advising him on what is circulating in the (whatever equivalent we have to their Kremlin) today.

Very likely Trump has very similar reports on his desk everyday. Being kept up to speed on what people are figuring out about classified information, UFO videos, secret sites being filmed or reported on, etc etc since ofc Trump is to busy himself to surf the web.
