If it's open to the public does that make it subject to the first amendment laws. You are talking about private property, and so am i, but when you make your property open to the public, then it's got to be different. It's not exactly private anymore

You are onto where this nation got very mislead.. The Civil Rights Act is criminal, and a violation of civil rights, just as most Orwellian statist bullshit is.
People confused private property which is open to the public with "public property".
The truth is, owners have the right to do with their property as they wish, as long as they don't violate another.
Communists are doing their best to poison our understanding of rights, abd what is and isn't a violation of them.
