IDK. In the past, many "faith" films have played two days in theaters and then come out on DVDs the cost 10-15% more than an average box office hit. The only thing they price with even higher markup is children's books; You can easily be charged $6-7 at a "Christian" book store for a kid's book where a comparable secular one at a discount department store would be a penny under $2. The marketing is crazy and has been for years; they'll put a cross sticker on a plastic toy and double the price! The real "salvation" in religious marketing is online catalog stores!

The demand for Christian products is lower than for broad based secular products. They have to pay to keep the lights on and feeds their families just like anyone else.

Youtube charges you $19.95 to view Any of the original Star Wars films, that said I don't mind paying more for Pureflix or other Christian films as that is how we kkep them profitable and making More qualit-/family friendly films.

If all you care about is saving a few bucks you can buy most Christian products on Amazon.
