Black traffic.
The real question is why the Krassenstein’s weren’t properly prosecuted for wire fraud and ad fraud when they were found out. AND allowed to continue doing the same scheme, although this time they’re much more public. They used to just be secret ad fraud scammers.
Leads me to think they might have a lot to do with the black traffic we see on celebrity accounts now. Kind of a bargain of sorts. “You help us source traffic to anyone we tell you to, you can continue to run ad scams, and we will look the other way...”
