yes - remember it was Hitlery who wrote a book called, It takes a Village. That was her opening salvo to get us to turn our kids over to the gubmint (maybe so they could eat them!) Ok ok, over the top, but yeah. They have been slowly working on us -- drip drip drip -- it's incremental socialism.

Right. I am not suggesting indiscriminate use of schools, books, etc., but obviously even the family unit is broken in many homes. Schools, books, etc., should not be used to indoctrinate children but to encourage and support good character, morals, and choices in life. When used correctly, they are merely tools to help our children to grow in a healthy manner. Evil is present and will always seek to do harm, and that can even reside in the family unit. It is not wise to think in black and white terms. The family is not all good, and schools and books are not all bad. It is how one chooses to use them.

yeah you are so right. I've offered to do some after school tutoring for some friends and I make sure to talk with my kids and grandkids regularly. Send them bits and pieces of info that refutes the talking points. We are in scary times.

The government and schools broke the family unit. Seek to strengthen the family unit.
