There can’t be obstruction charges against House members if there aren’t requests for action that are then not followed up on.

If Q has shown us anything it’s that construction of the formal record of inaction, misprision, or anything else has to be officially in the record. That means calling for meetings and testimony that doesn’t happen, with people clearly accountable for the lack of action.
