Dude. Seriously? You don't understand how reality shows work? You should look up how much work went into making Trump look good on that show.

He loves to do a lot of stuff on TV where he appears like a tough guy, but I also know the reality, he does everything he can to avoid firing people himself in person.

Comey was fired by a letter delivered by Trump's bodyguard. Rex Tillerson was fired by Tweet. Sally Yates, fired by an assistant. Bannon, Omarosa and Scaramucci were fired by Kelly.

Read this crazy story about how Trump invites a reporter into the oval office to try to change the story she is going to write and try to convince her everyone is getting along at the white house who should just drop by why John Kelly, we are not going to fire him and the head of the CIA, and Mike Pence and his chief of staff, Nick Ayers who was rumored to replace John Kelly. No, no, all those stories are fake we are just one big happy family here and everyone gets along and we didn't set this up at, I just forgot I invited all these guys to lunch today.

The story also has this amazing quote explaining why Kelly kept his job so long even after he was speaking to the President.

“When the president says, I need you to leave, Kelly just ignores him,” the administration official said. “I think the president just doesn’t know who to call to fire him. Normally if the president wanted to fire somebody, he would call Kelly to do it. But there’s nobody else to call.”

This story was in October 10. John Kelly was fired on December 8. Trump, Pence and Ayers were in the room. Ayers turned the job down the next day.
