Byrne, the author of Crisis of Character, is suing the Clinton machine, i.e. the foundation, shareblue, media matters, and several others, including George Soros. It's a civil action claiming that he was libeled and slandered in a coordinated, illegal effort by the defendants. His case is tied to the truth of the claims made in his book. Motions to dismiss, replies to motions, etc. are just the legal back and forth that goes on in the court. In a case like this it could go on for years. Every motion and reply just adds to the file. The post lists the most recent motions made in the case, so without context it does just seem like a bunch of jibberish.
You can download the complaint from the site linked and get some context. It's about 200 pages, however, so it's easier to just do a search and you can likely find a summary of what it's about.
