It occurred to me that walls work the other way too, they keep people inside. In the Fulford article that went around on QRV last week he mentions that the only way to take down an organized structure is liquefaction. Meaning the arrests all have to happen at once. Imagine the logistics of that. Inevitably some of the cockroaches will scatter, it's tough to disappear these days, so it would be by car or on foot. In short the wall has to be in place before the arrests are made. Just my theory.
