Probably the Red Cross. Up here in Canada they have an ongoing and constant campaign for years asking for blood donations. Especially the type O blood because it can be universally given to anyone but type O people can only receive type O. Plus, what's the first thing our corrupt medical profession does...take blood for anything and everything.

No I don't believe they do at the clinics. You have to be 18 to legally provide consent. I was more referring to doctors drawing blood for testing in the case of children. How many times do people hear that their blood tests revealed nothing? Quite often I'm told from people I have met. Who really knows what they did with your blood. If the age of the blood donor makes a difference then someone that is 80 or 90+ would still benefit from the blood of a 20 - 40 year old based on the OP.
