The judge is on to Mueller. This is a ruling against Mueller and for justice. Flynn is pleading guilty to get it over with - not because he did anything wrong, and the judge sees that...that's why he wants Flynn to take the next 90 days to think about it.

The judge reads him the riot act, implies treason, then doesn't sentence him because he doesn't feel sure he's actually guilty. I can't make sense of it either.

Where are the 302's from Mueller? Why did the judge hint Flynn had committed treason if he pleads guilty? I thought Flynn was supposed to be done with this charade today and enjoy Christmas. I can see the judges point in not wanting Flynn accepting guilt for something when there is no valid evidence proving he was guilty of anything. Very confusing that this is left hanging once again until March. Ridiculous broken judicial manipulations.
